First smash your banana. Add the peanut butter and mix up. Add in baking powder, brown sugar, salt and vanilla.  Mix in the flour and milk. Fold in the peanut butter cup.

So I never posted this recipe but man these are yummy.  I do not have a picture because everyone ate them too fast!! They are a great appetizer to make and soo easy.  I made a bunch of them and froze some as well for the next time I had friends over!! Big hit!!

Sausage Balls

2cups Bisquick mix
1lb sausage
1 pkg cream cheese softened

Mix it all up and roll into balls. Freeze them if you would like. Bake 400 for 20 minutes. Keep your eye on the baking time you may want to turn the balls/roll them over half way through. They are bite sizes yummies!!

To stick with the banana theme today, I wanted to use the rest of my very ripe bananas so what better then banana bread with a kick!! How about Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread!! SURE!!! Here is the recipe, I did not realize this recipe is for two loafs, so now I have two loafs, and will be taking one to work on Tuesday for sure!!  Adjust accordingly for one loaf

In a large bowl beat together bananas, peanut butter, sour cream, eggs, oil, brown sugar, vanilla until well blended. Spoon the flour mix in slowly and beat on low just until blended.  Fold in the peanut butter cups.  Bake 50-55 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean!! ENJOY

Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza
Okay now for dinner!! I am on a roll today!!! Anxious because we put another offer in on a house and trying not to be excited until we hear about it tomorrow! So dinner I just seasoned some chicken breast with garlic salt and Italian seasoning and grilled it.  I then sliced it up and took a tube of biscuits and smashed four together. Then I spread it out like a mini pizza and put Alfredo sauce, spinach, chicken, and cheese. Then bake away!! Hoooowwww cute :)

100th Post!!! Marinaded grilled chicken, radish salad, and new way for corn on the cobb

Mannnnn it was hot today!! Of course he have no AC in this house, but thankfully a friend last year gave us a window unit for our bedroom so at least we have that at night! I cannot wait to move!! I did not realize until just now that this is my 100th blog post!! That just seems crazy to me!! 100 great recipes that is for sure!!! Today since it was hot and muggy I of course planned to use the grill.  I did a marinade, and then tried out a radish salad recipe that caught my eye because it was pretty colors!

Chicken Marinade

You can do all of this in a 2c measuring cup.

1/2c olive oil
1t salt
1/2t pepper
1/2t paprika
1/2t cumin
1/4t cayenne pepper
2-3 garlic cloves minced
3 T onion chopped
1/2c fresh parsley or 1 to 2t dried
1-1/2cups of beer (12 oz can)

Mix the ingredients in order in the measuring cup mixing up every so often. Slowly add the beer, because it will foam some. Pour over chicken and marinade. It was a simple and tasty recipe.

So with my grilled chicken I made some red skin potatoes. I also bought corn on the Cobb, and saw this recipe on pinterst for a different way to cook the corn. All you do is fill your pot with water then add 1cup of milk and a stick of salted butter. I don't know if that made much of a difference, but the corn was sooooo good!!!

Okay so prior to dinner I wanted to try this radish recipe I saw online. I am not a huge fan of radish just by themselves but this looked yummy and healthy! Okay so here it is.

Radish Salad

Radishes
1/4c cilantro minced
1/2c red onion diced
3T fresh lime juice
1T olive oil
2T orange juice
1t sugar
salt and pepper

Okay so first I shredded up my radishes. I used the big hole end of the cheese grater thingy. haha. You can pry slice them however you want but this was PERFECT! I then chopped my onion and minced my cilantro. Put this in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, orange juice, and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Then you pour the juice on the radishes and mix up. I did not use the whole pound of radishes the recipe called for so I did not add all the juice to it, just enough for it to be coated. I saved the rest incase I wanted to make more later. You need to refridgerate for at least an hour. Then enjoy. I was surprised how yummy this was!!!  Be daring try it out!!! Radishes are on sale!!

Yummy Grilled Pork and Oreo Rice Crispy Treats!

I have not shared a blog for a while because we have been grilling out a lot lately. We have no air conditioning in the house so I try and use the grill as much as possible. Also we have been trying to save money to put down when we find the dream house. Today I did use the grill but tried a new recipe not an old one. I had a pork roast that I just sliced up and wanted something stir fry-ish.  THe ingredients to this were interesting to me but man this turned out amazing!!!

Grilled Stir-fry Pork

Pork --sliced
1small onion chopped
1/4c brown sugar
1/4c water
3T soy sauce
2T creamy peanut butter
4-1/2t canola oil
2-3 garlic cloves minced
1/4t ginger

Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes until thickened. Reserve 1/2 c mixxure for sauce. Cook your pork on the grill and baste with remaining sauce. OHHHhhh my soo good. I made stir fry noodles and stir fried some veggies to add as well. You can add more of the sauce after cooking. Enjoy!

I also made a sweet treat today! Chris loves oreo's so they were on sale and I bought them. I bought the regular kind of Oreo and birthday cake stuffed oreos. So for this recipe I used both.

20 Oreo cookies chopped--you want them all different sizes
3T butter
5c mini marshmallows
6c rice crispy cereal

Okay so all you do is mix the chopped Oreo and rice crispy. Melt your butter and marshmallows together and pour in rice crispy/Oreo mix. Spray a spatula with cooking spray and mix up. Press in 9x13 pan and cool completely. You can drizzle with white chocolate if you want. Sooo good!
