Another long day today!! Yuck! I cant express enough how much I hate getting home late!! Tonight we had tacos!! Even had some of my homemade taco seasoning fro a while back. The food I wanted to share today is something my co-workers always request I make for pot lucks! One of my coworkers is moving to bigger and better things so we have a farewell "potlunch." If I dont make these people always ask where they are. It is soooo easy and yummy. Im not sure what to call them but people just say the "Pickle things." All you need is salami, cream cheese, and the baby/tiny pickles! Spread the cream cheese on the salmi then place a picckle and roll it up!
